Why my stomach growlin after I ate?
You have what we call in the medical profession "active bowel sounds". Your stomach is digesting your meal. The movement of liquid and the chewed up food cause this.

Its your intestines they are digesting the food breaking it down and thats probably the noise you're hearing.
It's called digestion... The bile and stomach acids are breaking down yoour food and moving it to the small and large intestines...
Because it is moving the air around in your stomach.

Write down everything from this morning to what you did and done. Did you keep a record at what time you ate ? And what you ate? And what you drink ? These are the questions the doctor will ask you.
